Absolutely nothing, not even her fists. She was never very strong physically and after being asleep for a thousand years she’s even gotten a bit weaker than before.

Abilities:
Telepathy:
Pretty much her only ability, Eliza is able to connect her mind with someone else’s in order to see their mental plane, or allow them to see another’s; either her own or someone else’s. While she can read your mind she cannot dig through it in the sense that she will be able to see anything and everything in there. She can only see what people allow her too or what they are thinking about at the time. This means that she can give you little nudges to try and get you to think of something so she can see it, but it’s usually in a very jumbled mess that can potentially be impossible for her to discern considering how fast the mind can think.
It is possible to force Eliza out of your mind or keep her out in the first place, but it’s difficult as she’s had a few hundred years to practice on just this one skill.
The telepathy is more of an observational skill and is not very useful in offense. She can give you a really big headache by slamming a ton of information into your thoughts at once, and she is only able to keep you in the current state of consciousness that you’re presently in. Which means if you’re already unconscious she can keep you that way, and if you’re conscious she can keep you there as well. She can try to knock you unconscious, but it only really works if you’re already pretty tired. Otherwise it just makes you drowsy and it’s hard to think.

Personality:
Eliza is definitely on the more noble and well mannered side of personalities. She’s soft spoken and keeps her emotions in check without smothering them completely. Growing up in Caelius in the distant past she has a certain air of self confidence around her, always carrying herself tall and proudly, though that’s starting to fade a little as she continues to learn about the present. She tends to have a personality that compliments others, with stronger strains of the ‘regal mother’ tendencies.

History:
Born in a smaller, out of the way area in the capital city of Caelius, Eliza was rather spoiled just like all others of her race. Because of their lack of aging, The Ageless have an extremely low birth rate and therefore it’s almost unheard of for there to be two children in the same area. This results in the single child being doted over by all the adults, though usually there’s less than 10 of them around.
With more than her parents watching over her and teaching her, Eliza was used to having a lot of people expect things of her and she was raised to be a well learned and well mannered lady.
Most of her life was uneventful despite growing up before Ivalina sealed Caelius and Ares, and when she was 349 she was chosen to bond to the newest Caelian Seraphim, Mikhail. After that she worked closely with him to help take care of the Guardians, even being taken to their village to help with the little ones.
When she was 533 the other Seraphim decided to hide one of the books in their care, the 4th Book of Truth, from easy access by encrypting it and downloading it into Eliza’s mind. She agreed to this, thinking their reasons for choosing her, that she had a strong mind because of her telepathic abilities and her lack of aging, were reasonable and accurate for what they needed. The procedure didn’t go as well as they hoped though, because of the double encryption Eliza’s mind had a hard time adjusting to that much information and she slowly began to degrade mentally.
A few days before the Eclipse Seal Mikhail was able to get a hint about it and took Eliza to Earthra along with a branch start from the Ethereal Willow Guardians are born around. They were able to avoid the seal and Eliza helped Mikhail found a Guardian village in Earthra despite her worsening condition.
Within two weeks after the eclipse Mikhail was sealing Eliza into a magic induced coma that included a complex system that would help her mind adapt to the new information as well as protect her. She was asleep for 1006 years, waking up after Mikhail sat and read the entire book, an action of which helped her take the final step into being able to handle the book without it affecting her mental stability anymore.
Now all she needs to do is catch up on the years she’s missed.

Extra facts:
Eliza’s mental plane (what it looks like when people visit her mind) tends to be a small garden behind a Caelian house. It’s peaceful and full of her favorite flowers, but now it’s broken by random clusters of encrypted text that float around like damaged dataspace.
She’s one of the few people that can touch Mikhail when he’s injured without making him retaliate violently at her.
She gives great massages, and is who Mikhail learned from.
Though she was born in Caelius, Eliza will always be neutral since she lives for the Guardians.
She and Mikhail share a permanent mental link which allows for them to feel hints of each others emotions, know when they’re in pain, and also makes their mental appearance look like two minds overlapping or bleeding into each other.
Her racial markings are under her eyes.

Race Info:
The Ageless are a race that, after reaching a mature age, simply stops aging entirely. This does not mean they’re immortal as they can still get sick, injured and be killed, they just cannot die of old age. They appear to be human in physical regards other than a patch of gold markings somewhere on their body.
