TC: NPC App Czhardin

Saw that we could create an NPC for TC and went "Yosh!"

So this is Trance's new boss/landlord/tease/ and all around buddy.

Info:
-His name is pronounced zh-ar-din. (the 'czh' is really just like the 'z' in 'azure') and he usually goes by 'Max' since it's easier.
-Currently single.
-Owns a restaurant in Aquarius called "Sea-foam" which is where Trance works and live on the second floor.
-Prefers to cook but will manage the if he has too.
-Really tolerant and light-hearted, he's not afraid of making faces at people behind them. This usually happens with arrogant and stuffy customers who complain a lot.
-Picked Trance up when he found the kid eating raw fish next to the water about a mile away from his shop.
-He's my scapegoat for when Trance is too stubborn to talk about certain things.
-Max will never pass up Trance's cooking and since Trance wakes up first (even before Max) and usually makes breakfast for everyone, he gets some quite often.
-Sometimes uses the knife at his side to scare particularly 'annoying steam bags'. (stuck up people)

aaaaand, I can't think of anything else to put.

You guys can ask questions about him or ask him questions if you want to.
An he's free to draw in the background, just let me know if you're going to use him.

I should be working on quests, but he wanted to be drawn.
